The search results listings

all of the rentals available during your desired time
frame will appear.

If you
want to limit your search criteria
with more factors besides the travel dates, click

"Change the criteria" link at the top of the
search results listings page.

Do
you want
to know the availability for a particular
holiday rental?
|

Click
the "Availability" button at the top of
the holiday rental listing page.
|

Give
your arrival dates and the
estimated length of the trip and click on the "Check
availability" button.
|
You will
immediately receive the availability information regarding that vacation rental. If
it is already booked for the desired time frame,
you can search for the availability of another time
frame on the same page.

The
availability
of the vacation rental is updated directly
online by the property owner. The availability information page will indicate
the date that the last update
was made.
As soon as
the availabilty for an object is updated,
those rentals are generated to appear at the top
of the search results listings page. The rentals
at the top of the list are the most likely to
be available for the requested time frame.
All property owners
should update their availability information
regularly. However, we would like to point out
that a rental that is specified as having a
certain date "Available" could end up
actually being booked for that time period.
The availability of
a
vacation rental will only be shown
for up to 15 months on the booking calendar.
If you want to rent a holiday rental
for a date beyond the booking calendar,
please contact the owner.

contact possibilities listed on the
property listing (telephone numbers, fax numbers, inquiry form). If
they do not respond to the booking

| How do I choose how to pay for my holiday rental? |

There are a number of ways to send payment for renting a holiday home. Check
with the individual owner about which payment methods they accept, making sure you
read and understand the owner's policies on payment, deposit return and cancellation.
If you have any questions about any aspect of payment, contact the owner directly by
e-mail or phone before you book the property. Some payment methods offer more protection than others,
so make sure to select one that you feel comfortable with.
