Please read our helpful hints which can help you to not miss out on any booking:
- Check your e-mail address
- Deactivate your spam filter
- View your booking inquiries online
- Use the free SMS service
- Compare all types of inquiries
Please make sure that you have entered the correct
e-mail address on the "Contact" tab in the advertisers area. Therefore, you
should double-check that no spelling has creeped in. You can view the e-mail
address for the receiving of your booking inquiries directly on the advertisers
home page
in the secure advertisers area in the column "Email inquiries to". Should you
wish to change this e-mail address, please just click on it and you will be taken
directly
to the "Contact" tab where you can edit your contact details.
During the last months, the amount of spam e-mails
being sent out has increased enormously. For that reason, many Internet service
providers offer their users to set up spam filters to block unwished spam e-mails.
There are different reasons for a blocked e-mail depending on the type of spam
filter the provider offers: Some block e-mails of senders who are not listed
in the recipient's address book, others search through the text of the e-mail
to identify certain
words.
To not miss out on any booking inquiries, we recommend you to deactivate your spam filter. Should you not wish to do so, we would advise you to set up a separate e-mail account without a spam filter for your booking inquiries.

In the secure advertisers area, you are able to
view all your booking inquiries online including those which might have been
blocked by a spam filter.
Just login to the advertisers area and click on "View booking inquiries". On the online inquiry management page you can search for specific inquiries by date, name of the sender or even free text.

In addition to the forwarding of your inquriries
by e-mail we offer you the possibility to have an SMS sent to your mobile phone
for every booking inquiry. This way, you can react even quicker on a new inquiry
and increase the chance to convert it into a fixed booking. Details on the
new SMS service, as well as instructions on how you can easily activate it
for your property listing, can be found on our
information page on the
SMS notification service

We recommend you to compare the number of inquiries
you receive by e-mail and SMS with your booking inquiries in the advertisers
area, regularly. The reason for not receiving an e-mail copy of every inquiry
can be a spam filter on your account or with your provider (please see details
in the paragraph "Deactivate your spam filter"). Should you not receive an
SMS for every inquiry although you have activated the SMS service for your
property listing, please let us know so we can forward the issue to the SMS
service provider.
Important: Viewing your booking inquiries in the advertisers area is the safest way of managing them as this is the only method which gives you an assurance of 100 % not to lose any inquiry.
