VacationVillas.net offers you the opportunity to enter special offers for your property in a way that potential guests can search and find them systematically. Every property listing with a special offer will automatically be listed in our separate special offers index which is directly linked from the home page. By publishing special offers you can systematically increase the bookings for your property for certain periods.

Special offers will only be published for properties listed at VacationVillas.net. In order to get your special offer marked in your availability calendar, the travel period of the special offer has to be marked as "available". If the availability status for the special offer period is "unknown" or "booked", your special offer will not be shown in your property listing.

Special offers can be marked as last-minute offers if they comply with the following legal requirements: Last-minute offers must include a reduction of the price and the arrival day must not be more than 14 days ahead of the current date.
Only if these rules are fulfilled, your offer will be marked as a last-minute offer on the Internet. Should the last-minute rule not apply to your offer, it will be marked as a special offer. Vacation Villas International GmbH is not liable for falsely published last-minute offers.

A special offer is a chargeable extra service. The price for a special offer publication of 2 weeks is EUR 34.40 (minimum booking of 2 weeks) - each additional week costs EUR 17.20 extra.

Your special offer will only be published on the Internet after receipt of your order and payment. Please place the order for the publication of your special offer through our online ordering system.

A special offer created on the "special offer" tab in the advertisers area will be shown prominently and well visible for your potential guests in different places in the VacationVillas.net index as well as directly in your listing. You benefit from the following 7 characteristics for your special offer:

• Link from the home page to the searchable separate index for special offers
• Search criteria "special offers" as checkbox on the detailed search form
• Link to the special offer properties on each level of the country lists (similar to the new properties)
• Eye-catching offer button as well as name and period of the special offer in the property search result listing
• Clearly designed offer box in your property listing g
• Offer button at the top of your listing and marking of the offer period in your rental rates table with link to the offer box
• Presentation of the special offer in your availability calendar with an extra status

To ensure the quality and credibility of all special offers listed with VacationVillas.net, it is important that you publish only special offers in your property listing that are really available. As soon as your property is fully booked at the offer date, please do necessarily mark this period as "booked" in your availability calendar.

We reserve the right to suspend special offers from the listing without prior consultation of the advertiser if a guest complains concretely about a certain special offer.

• Offer packages with free extra service at the same price
• Early booking reductions or long-run tenant reductions
• Last-minute offers

With only 4 steps you can easily and quickly create a special offer for your listing through the advertisers area:

1. Log in to the advertisers area with your username and password.
2. Click on the text link "Review" next to your property listing.
3. Click on the yellow tab "Special offers" and follow the instructions on the following pages.
4. After having entered all data for your special offer, place the order for the publication through our online ordering system (click on the "Order" tab).

After receipt of payment and inspection by our quality control team your special offer will be approved for publication. It will automatically appear on the Internet at the publication date you have chosen.
