If you have a vacation property that consists of more than one rental unit, you can describe up to 5 units in detail.

This type of advertising is relevant to those who have for example 3 apartments in the same house, 2 houses on the same piece of land or 4 bungalows in a holiday camp. It is important that all the units lie on the same piece of land as the description of the vacation property, the location map and all other town specific details are valid for all units.

The following details can be indicated separately:

• name and description
• furnishing details
• rental rates
• availability

The price per extra unit is 59,50 EUR incl. VAT. The price per month per additional rental unit ordered during the advertising period is 4,96 EUR incl. VAT.

Each rental unit will appear separately in the search list and will also be found separately according to its furnishings, rental rates and availability. The mini picture for your listing will be the same for all units in that property. Here it is best to choose a picture that shows all the rental units. In the search list the price and occupancy will be shown for each specific unit.

There are 3 easy steps to create a multiple rental unit property.

1. Decide which rental units you would like to advertise.
2. Draft the text descriptions offline in a word program (e.g. Word).
3. Enter the details for the separate units online.

Step 1 of 3: Decide which units you wish to describe in detail.

You can describe up to 5 rental units in detail within one property listing.

Choosing the units is not always easy. For example, advertisers that have 3 flats for 4, 5 and 6 people can advertise three separate units or add a fourth to describe the property for 15 people. Choose whatever is the best option for you. You can always delete or archive a unit, which we will explain in detail later..

Step 2 of 3: Draft the text description offline.

We recommend that you create the text for you property listing offline in a word program. Here you have the opportunity to do a word count and you also save on Internet charges. You need to fill in the following text fields:

• Name of property (max. 30 characters incl. spaces)
  Enter the name of the whole vacation property here.
• Short description of the property (max. 80 characters incl. spaces)
  The short description for multiple rental units should include information that applies to all the rentable units.
• Full description of the property (max. 1000 characters incl. spaces)
  This text appears underneath the pictures of your property. Please describe the most important amenities and facilities of your property in your own words.
• Picture caption (max. 50 characters incl. spaces)
  It is important that it is clear for the observer which unit is shown.
• Name of the unit (max. 30 characters incl. spaces)
  Enter the individual names of each unit (e.g. "Holiday home Seaview")
• Description of the unit (max. 1000 characters incl. spaces)
  Here you can enter unit specific text for each individual unit.
• Notes for the accommodations and the furnishings
  This information can vary for each unit.
• Notes to the rental rates
  This information can vary for each unit.
• Further details
  The text that you enter here should refer to the property as a whole.

Step 3 of 3: Enter the details for the separate units online.

Login to our advertisers area and follow the on-screen instructions. If you wish to advertise for multiple rental units you must enter the following information on the following pages:

• Description
  • Click on the "multiple rental unit" button on the top of the page
  • Click "Save".
  • Important: The picture captions should refer to the unit shown.
    
    
• Furnishings
  • Enter the name of the first unit in the relevant box. By the first entry of a new unit a code number (e.g. unit_123456) is written in the box. This must be changed to the name of the new unit. For this first unit all the previous information of your online listing is valid.
  • Paste the text in the corresponding box.
  • Check the characteristics that apply.
  • Click "Save".
  • Go to the top of the page and click on "add a new rental unit". A blank template appears for you to enter the details of the next unit.
  • Enter the details for the next unit and click "Save".
  • Repeat the process for all other units.
    
    
• Availability and rental rates
  • Choose a unit from the drop down menu and enter the availability and rental rates information.
  • Click "Update".
  • Go to the top of the page and choose another unit and repeat the process.
    
    
• Further details
  • It is important that each paragraph has a heading and the information refers to the property as a whole.
  • Click "Save".
    
    
• Extra page
  • Make sure that any extra text and picture captions of extra pictures are clearly marked as to which unit is shown or described.
  • Click "Save".

You can see what your property listing with multiple rental units will look like at any time during the process by clicking on the "Preview" button. When you are happy with your listing then you can send us your order.

If you already advertise with a listing for a single rental unit and you wish to change it to a multiple rental unit property, then please read the instructions above about creating a multiple rental unit listing. The instructions below refer to the text boxes that you may need to change.

• The details on the "Description" and "Further details" pages must refer to the property as a whole. If you have written details about a specific unit on these pages then you should copy this information into the unit description box.
  
• On the "Furnishings" page the boxes you have chosen for your single unit listing are automatically checked.
  
• If the details are correct for one of your units, then you can enter the name and text for this unit in the box.
  
• If the details are not correct for any of your units then you can change the choices in the check boxes.
  
• Click "Save".
  
• Go to the top of the page and click on "add a new rental unit" and repeat the process.
  
• The "Availability" and "Rental rates" menus will automatically contain the details of your current listing.
  
• If the details are correct for one of your units then select the correct unit from the drop down menu.
  
• If the details are correct for one of your units then select the correct unit from the drop down menu.
  
• Click "Save".
  
• If the details are not correct for any of your units then delete the information in the table and enter the new details.

Pictures
You have the opportunity to include up to 12 pictures in your listing. To make your listing more attractive and meaningful we recommend you to have at least one picture for each unit. 2 pictures are included in the standard listing, each extra picture will be displayed in small format in the brochure and by clicking on the picture it will be shown in large format on the second page.

Cost
The price per extra unit is 59,50 EUR incl. VAT. The price per month per additional rental unit ordered during the advertising period is 4,96 EUR incl. VAT.

As long as a unit has not been online you can delete or archive it at any time.
If you have entered the details of a unit it appears in the drop down menu of units as "pending". The order will only go online once we have received the full payment.

You do not wish the unit to go online? Then you have two options:

1. Delete - Highlight the unit form the drop down menu and click "delete this unit". The details for the selected unit will be permanently deleted. We cannot bring the information back once deleted.

2. Archive - Highlight the unit and click "archive unit". The name of the unit appears in the drop down menu with "(archived)" after the name. This unit is no longer seen in the preview of your brochure.

To retrieve the archived details, highlight the unit and click "un-archive unit". The unit will then be shown as pending and appear in the preview.

Online listed units cannot be deleted. You must send us an email at service@vacationvillas.net and request for your unit to be downloaded. We do not give a refund for any remaining period.
Any unit downloaded by us will appear in your listing as "pending".
