1. Standard listing
A standard listing has 4 pictures, up to 10,000 text characters, a furnishings
list, a searchable availability calendar (15 months in advance) and a rental
price table. With your login details you can create, update and improve your
listing at anytime. A booking enquiries management system as well as the forwarding
of enquiries via SMS to a mobile phone, makes the process of turning enquiries
into
bookings
childs play. Your online listing will be published on VacationVillas.net & FeWo-direkt.de and
on the cooperation partners' websites.
The
price
of
a
standard
listing is for 1 rental unit.
2. Additional pictures/photo gallery
Although 4 pictures are already included in the standard price, you can place
up to an additional 8 pictures in your listing. Your photo gallery will be published
on a second page.
3. Extra text
You can add up to 6 more paragraphs each containing 6,000
text characters to describe your property in more detail.
4. Multiple rental units
In each standard listing you have the opportunity to describe 1 rental unit
in detail. If you have more than 1 rental unit in 1 town (e. g. 3 apartments
in
1
house or 2 homes next to each other on the same piece of land), you have the
opportunity to describe each of these units separately and in more detail – availability
calendar, price table and furnishings page. Each rental unit is then listed
separately in the index and in searches so it is clear to all potential guests
to avoid
any confusion.

5. Special offers/last minute
The ideal product to increase your bookings in the low season or to offer last-minute
deals. Potential guests can search criteria such as travel dates, destination
and rental prices. You can create special offers and last-minute deals for your
