Notes to the availability:
Preferred rental period is from Saturday to Saturday but other days/times possible. House can be made available from end October to beginning April with prior arrangement/discussion (house not centrally heated but effective individual heaters/radiators available to supplement open fireplace). Caretaker/cleaning lady ,who runs one of the two bars in the village just up the road, has keys and will both help you to settle in and handle any queries/problems. She will also ensure you have sheets and towels if you do not bring your own and collect all used ones on your departure. Local hardware/kitchen shop in Ste Mere Eglise are contracted to do any immediate repair work needed. Next door neighbours will also gladly help in any emergency.
