The fully equipped apartment is made up of two bedrooms, bathroom, spacious living room with TV and extra fold-away double sofa-bed, kitchen/dining room and terraces overlooking the garden and barbeque area. There is a real wood burning barbecue or gas fired barbecue provided, garden furniture, sun-beds & parasol provided. Nearest beach is only 1km, whereas Malta's most popular sandy beach, Mellieha Bay is only 3km away. Other popular beaches are within a short driving distance. The location is within a secluded private estate on Malta's north coast. It is close to many recreational activities such as water sports, horse riding, walking, fishing and visiting the island of Gozo, etc. There is parking available. The property has a private swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Santa Maria Estate is situated on the outskirts of Mellieha, a small village situated on the northern side of Malta, close to many sandy beaches, secluded bays and just a few kilometres away from Malta's resorts and night-spots.

Situated close to the best beaches on the island. All within 10 minutes drive. Mellieha Bay, the largest sandy beach on the Island is only 3 km away. Also nearby are the sandy beaches of Ghajn Tuffieha (8 km), Golden Bay (8 km), Armier bay (6 km) and Paradise bay (5 km), this of coarse if you can be tempted away from your private swimming pool!

The only skiing available in Malta is water-ski. Sorry, it doesn't snow in Malta!
