Located only less hours by plane, a country awaits where the sun shines 360 days a year and where you will experience peace and relaxation, exciting trips into history and the past, great sporting facilities or a combination of all the above. Our holiday apartment is located not far from Hurghada airport in the middle of the newly built residential area of Mubarak 5. People with allergies and rheumatic and arthritic complaints with find this area very beneficial. On our terrace you can relax every day with enjoying all the coulored and blooming garden area.
The holiday apartment is located in a quiet, residential area. From the large roof terrace you have a wonderful view to the west on a large Sahara desert mountain range. Here you can experience and enjoy sunsets without equal. A public beach (Entry currently 11 Egyptian pounds, roughly 1 Euro 50 per person) is located 15 minutes by foot away from the apartment. A sun lounger is included in the price and drinks and snacks are available at reasonable prices. There is a small supermarket located 30 meters from the property, which offers everything necessary for daily living. The newly built 6 mile long “village road” is 15 minutes walk away. There you can stroll, shop, drink a beer or even try a shisha in a coffee shop. There are also many different international restaurants on offer.

Notes to the rental rates: I will be happy to help you find flights. Collection from the airport is included in the price. A German/English/Arabic speaking assistant is provided, for example for advice when booking tours.
There is a deposit of 200 Euro required for the rental, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay. Water and electricity charges are not included in the rental price; they normally run to about 75 - 100 Egyptian Pounds, (approx. 10-13 Euro) per week.
You have the choice to clean by yourself or let us to do it for a fee of only 25 Euros after your stay

The lovingly furnished bright holiday apartment consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and shower, toilet, wash basin together with 2 bedrooms each with two beds and a large wardrobe. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two twin beds which can be pushed together or separated if necessary. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer and a 4 ring electric oven, a coffee machine and a kettle. Cutlery and crockery for six people are provided. Behind the house is a garden terrace, and a large roof terrace for sunbathers with showering facilities is also available. Smokers can also use the terrace for lighting up. Smoking is not desired in the apartment for protection of non-smokers.
Help and support for booking trips/tours (e.g. to Luxor, Cairo, safari tours, e.g. desert safari, diving safari). Organisation of snorkelling and diving trips( by ship to reefs near Hurghada, to Sharm el Naga, El Koseir or wherever you wish). Providing tours to El Gouna, Sharm el Sheik( Catherines Monastery and Mount Sinai among others) Marsa Alam, El Kosier diving camp, Safage and many more. We will gladly help you when choosing a good diving school and booking your diving course (which are definitely a lot cheaper here than in Germany). Your possibilities
At anytime you can take one of the comfortable (approx. 10 Egyptian Pounds) and numerous taxis into the centre of Hurhada and back and get a feeling for the city and its inhabitants. Hurghada offers a multitude of opportunities to chat and converse. From lovely chats with the locals, to shopping trips and even romantic nights under the starry sky at the beach, or wild parties in one of the many discotheques. You will find folkloric exhibits as well as belly dancers and a spa run by a Swiss company. Worried that you will miss German style bread? No problem, large supermarkets offer biological produce from the local area. Fruit, vegetables and meat are all available at reasonable prices in the market.
