You are living on a private 9-hole course, several tennis courts belong to the guarded area. Gym rooms and several sporting activity possibilities give plenty of room for a wonderful time. From the porch of your 1200 sqft condo you look directly into a nice, quiet Florida garden. Your condo is an end unit, 3rd floor location with escalator, cathredral ceiling, nice und fully equipped. You may see sea turtles between May and October. Shopping isn`t far away and main tourist attractions are close as you stay just mid of Orlando and Miami. The people living in Ocean Village are mostly residents. Take the opportunity for a relaxing, spacy holiday.

The Ocean Village is a private, guarded living area. The village is spacy and situated east of the A1 direct at the Atlantic Beach on Hutchinson Island. A 9-hole golf course is integrated (main season $ 3,- fee, low season no fee). All sporting activities are included. The beach is private property with a length of more than half a mile. The untouched natural area south of the village is exciting. You will see different types of birds, may see turtles, fish (for catch as well) and reeceive the feeling of the (from time to time) roaring atlantic. Shopping, 18-hole courses, entertainment are close, restaurant inside the village.
