The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. Payments: We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. Sorry, No personal checks.
Cancellations:
If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to guest's scheduled date of arrival, a $65.00 cancellation fee is charged, and the remaining balance is credited back to our guest via company check. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same nightly rental rate, in which case only the $65.00 cancellation fee applies.
