Summer- and winter vacation paradise in a 2700 sq. feet luxury duplex. Master bath has Jacuzzi and a walk-in shower. Living room has bar, icemaker, fire place, floor to ceiling windows over entire space of living room. View to river, private entrance to riverwalk (San Antonio River - riverwalk - is one of the main tourist attractions in the USA). The Swimingpool is heated (April 1 through October 30). Own parking spot. Computer with cable connection and printer, scanner and fax are in the apartment. The 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The Kitchen has a breakfast-area, all kitchen utilities, 2 microwaves, grill, big freezer/refrigerator, 2 cooling units separately adjustable, elevator, furniture are contemporary with antiques, art, lower floor maple parquet, upper floor carpeted, Washing-machine and dryer are upstairs. The apartment is in the historic city centre.
SA is one of the oldest cities in the USA, it was founded around 1690. She has a gorgeous historic city centre, where Spanish, Mexican and German influences show in harmony. SA is the 8th largest city in the USA, but she has a cozy ambience, that impresses through its love to celebrate. Tradition is important here. The Riverwalk meanders through old Spanish settlements (La Villita), to the mission Alamo, the shrine of Texas independence. One part borders on the German area - King William District - that nowadays surrounds the artist area. On the river you find one restaurant next to the other, where you can dine outside year round and watch the colourful boat parades (Fiesta, Christmas, Spurs). Yes, when the Spurs win, the city celebrates. There are countless Gulf places, Big Bent and Austin are worth the trip by car.

There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath. The master bedroom has a door leading to the terrace and a luxurious bathroom with a giant whirlpool bathtub. There is a television in the bathroom as well as in the bedroom. The second bathroom is on the upper floor, therefore extremely private, with its own bathroom. The third bathroom has a big murphybed (can be hidden as a closet). It has the computer and the scanner, printer and fax machine. It is being used as an office, if not needed as a bedroom. The bathroom is adjacent. The entire tract can be closed off with another door, thus making it very private as well. Every bedroom has its own colour television.

Washing-machine and dryer are not in the kitchen but in a special area upstairs. The swimingpool is for all tenants of the 24 units but is hardly used. The pool is heated from April 1 through October 31, after that only the strong ones can dip in. There are chairs and tables and sun umbrellas around the pool area. At the other side of the garden, there are more chairs and tables and a grill. The use has to be explained by the doorman. The pool can be reached by using the stairs at the end of the corridor, thus you do not need to use the elevator for that. The riverwalk can be entered through a gate in the garden.
