The complete width of the house behind is a terrace, plenty of space with an oversized pool with one if a kind screenwindow for a free view! As we (private owners) use the house, too, the equipment is excellent. Rates in US $/week 2 adults +2 kids 12: USD1580 - USD1850 or EUR1150 - EUR1350. Maximum occupation: 6 adults plus 2 children. The great room has a sunny Mediterranean Caribbean atmosphere due to the location to the south, open built style, the colours and the interior. High standard furnishing and decoration express the Caribbean style. The stunning ceiling fan is equipped with palm blades. It gently mixes the air already cooled down by the A/C. The high cathedral ceiling gives a special touch and ambience. In the built-in entertainment centre, you find a Cable-TV, Audio System with CD and DVD. You can play American as well as German DVDs. The loudspeakers for the great room, for the lanai and for the whirlpool can be controlled individually. Cable access is provided on each telephone jag. W-LAN High-speed Internet access via cable (Road Runner High Speed Online) is available free of charge. Board games, parlour games and playing cards are available for your recreational pleasures. Huge sliding doors to the pool area grant you an unobstructed view above the terrace and the pool to the Canal.
The Caribbean Island is unique as it is custom built according to our wishes and high demands. It is designed to customers' requests and built according to the latest hurricane standards for your safety. The house is launched for vacation rentals in January 2008. Boaters will love the short only 13 minute ride to the river. Of course we have a boat dock on which you also can relax in the sun. You can dolphins, manatees regularly. If you like to tackle you will also like the boat dock that protects you a little bit from the wind. To get to the Caribbean Island is quite easy. The easiest way is to book a flight to Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers, which is loacated just 30 minutes from the house. You can pick up your rental car directly in the aiport! There is no shuttle neccessary any more! From Miami International the ride is about 2:30 h and from Orlando International 3:20 h.
