Notes to the rental rates: The rental rate applies for 2 people. 1 child younger than 12, accompanied by parents can stay for free. For each further person, there is a rental rate of 25,- euro. An extra renting tax of 11% is required. The final cleaning charge is 120,- and can be paid locally. The renting tax increased since 01.01.2006 from 9% to 11%.
Single days are to be charged with a flat-rate of 100 euro. There are no on season depending surcharges. There is a discount for stays longer than 3 weeks.
The villa was newly arranged in November 2005. In the spacious living room, with semi-separate kitchen, there is a very comfortable leather three-piece suite (round corner) and a big TV set. A second TV set is to be found in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a full bath and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have their own separate full bath. An ice cube making machine is also at your disposal.
