Notes to the rental rates: The weekly prices are for four people. For every other person it is 60 USD. We give discounts for longer stays (4 or more weeks). 300 USD deposit, final cleaning 140 USD, sport boat instruction is about 145 USD. A sales tax of 6% and a tourist tax of 5% will be added. Miscellaneous costs, such as electricity, trash and telephone are covered up to 20 USD per week. Costs exceeding this 20 USD limit will be subtracted from the deposit.
The house-owned sport cruiser (Four Winns 24ft) can be rented for 1100 USD/Week (with additional instruction and final cleaning), only for full weeks and not for days. A boating license is not required. Instructions by our captain on site (will be charged extra).
The vacation villa has been furnished with love and tastefully. An American grill is available for use - so nothing is standing in the way of having a typical American barbecue. Enjoy your drinks on the newly built bar outside (pool bar). Shopping facilities (for food) can be reached with a 3 minute drive.
