Villa Sealand was built in 1996 and was completely renovated after we have bought the house. The luxury 3 bedroom/ 2 bath air-conditioned villa is light and spacious and has a double garage. It is equipped and furnished to the highest standard and has a solar and/ or electric heated pool. The living room with patio doors and two of the bedrooms have immediately access to the pool area. The bedrooms have carpets and the living room is tiled. The house is located in South West of Cape Coral and is situated at a wide salt-water canal on an intersection with a wide view. By boat you are able to cruise to the Gulf of Mexico in less than 30 min. The house is equipped with telephone an Internet , 2 TVs, washing mach. and dryer, baby highchair and bed, all kitchen equipment is with touch screens and new. It has a huge pool area with deck chairs and garden furniture. The entire pool is covered by a screen to protect you from mosquitos. The pool is heated by solar or electrical heat.

Cape Coral is located in the South West of Florida between Port Charlotte and Naples. Cape Coral is a wonderful, newly built city directly at the Gulf of Mexico. Between Cape Coral and Fort Myers runs the Caloosahatchee River. Due to numerous canals (all together 640 kilometres of water canals) Cape Coral is also called 'Venice of the USA'. Many Gulf courses, 2 ports, many tennis clubs and other sports clubs offer a wide variety for enjoyment.
Availability notes The last day of renting can also be the first day of booking for the new tenant. There must only be a space in between for the cleaning of the house.

The master bedroom has a king size bed an ensuite bathroom, a TV and a walk in closet. The two other bedrooms are equipped with comfortable Queen-size beds with an adjacent bath. The living room is equipped with a maritime styled couch two seaters and a stool and has a TV and stereo system with CD player. The living room is connected through an arch to the large kitchen, which is fully equipped. You will find every appliance you need, including an oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, a refrigerator with ice-crusher and freezer. A baby bed and a high chair is in the house.
