Our villa was newly designed in 2003 and custom built suit to fit a family of 4 -6 adults plus 2 kids. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We have a standard 35 by 11 feet heated pool with a 'beach', state of the art shallow area to sit, discuss, enjoy the sun even sitting in a chair, recliner and having a beer or cocktail. The pool is electric heated to generate 80 - 90 degrees within 2 -3 days easily. Ft. Myers Airport is 20 minutes away, the Del Prado shopping street is about 1.0 miles away. Publix, Win-Dixie, Wal-Mart Superstore are even closer (cinema & restaurants as well). We have an oversized cul de sac lot in a very quiet neighbourhood. The Four Mile Cove Eco Park borders to North and East of the block. It is perfect for families with young children. Situated at Mid-Point Bridge it is virtually in the Centre of Cape Coral. The city beach is 10 minutes drive, Ft. Myers Beach 20 minutes.

Take the Interstate 75 Exit 136 West on Colonial to Mid-Point Bridge. Turn the first street right (17th) and follow is right to the end. Then turn right and follow the street through 90 degrees right turn. The 2nd right is the 20th lane. It’s the last house – yellow - at cul de sac end 2009. From Del Prado North or South enter Four Mile Cove at Bowling Center 'Friendship lanes', continue to 90 degrees turn right, 2nd right to end of cul de sac.

No animals - owners are non smokers - if you smoke, please outside, due to smoke detectors installed due to Florida hotel licence.
The owners have 3 kids and in-laws staying at the villa. Everything is in place to please all family members. In the kitchen there is a glass stove, a microwave and an oven, a mega big refrigerator, a black granite countertops and high class equipment.
