Villa Selina is located in the desired south west part of Cape Coral on the 120 foot wide De Leon Canal with fast access to the Gulf of Mexico. A boaters paradise, in only about 30 minutes you will be from your own dock in the gulf and cruise to the islands of south west Florida. There are many golf courses in and around Cape Coral also.

Notes to the rental rates: The rate is for a occupation of two people. Additional person $90 per person per week. The maximum occupation is 6 people. No charge for children under 7. Children between 7 and 14 are charged at 50%. For two weeks around Christmas and Easter it's 10% more.
30% deposit required to hold reservation. Full rate payable 4 weeks before arrival. Refundable security deposit of $500 required.
Additional cost will be 6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax, electricity and €120.00 for cleaning the villa at the end of your stay. Ask for special rates for a long term rent! (Snowbirds welcome).

You will be spending your vacation in 2,200 sq. ft. living area (total area is 3,100 sq. ft.). The entire living area is air conditioned and the individual rooms have ceiling fans. The villa has a spacious great room, an integrated formal dining room and an open kitchen. You will find 3 bedrooms and each has its own bath! Great room, dining room and bathrooms have tile floors. The bedrooms and walk-in closets have fluffy carpeted floor. In the entire villa are exclusive designer furnishings.
6 people can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant vacation in this vacation villa. Also the equipment doesn’t let you miss anything! Spacious patio, partly under roof, has table, comfortable chairs for 6 people and lounges. The swimming pool is heated (solar and heat pump) and has underwater light. For your pleasure there is also a spa! The patio and pool are enclosed in a screen cage against creeping and flying insects. So you can use this lovely place all day and night with a beautiful waterview.
