This cozy bungalow is located on a quiet dead end street, 1,200 m from Nokomis beach and 1,600 m from restaurants and shopping. The air conditioned interior encompasses 100 m2, the terrace is 35 m2 and the garden a good 1,000 m2. We ourselves spend our vacations here twice a year.
