Aloha is an extra special holiday home. We have taken great care over the timeless and tasteful furnishings. Our house has 3 bedrooms and is furnished for up to 6 people. There is one large master bedroom with 2 walk in wardrobes and a large bathroom. There are two additional double rooms, which share a bathroom with 2 wash hand basins and a bath/shower, you can also access the pool from here. The living room is large and has a fireplace, a giant Sony television with cable television and over 500 channels, including HBO, Disney Channel and Disney Playhouse, Nickelodeon etc. Open plan American style kitchen with bar, fully equipped. Also, there is a dining room and an additional living room. The pool and patio area is covered by a screen and features a sofa, dining area with sun lounges and a barbecue. Basketball net. There are four bikes provided that you can use. You can sit on the jetty and enjoy a dream view of the canal.

A paradise for sun seekers, water sport enthusiasts, fishing fans and golfers. There are countless tennis courts and golf course located in Cape Coral and the surrounding area. Florida is recommended all the year round due to its mild subtropical climate. In spring, autumn and winter, the temperature is approx. 20-30 degrees Celsius, in summer approx. 30 -35 degrees Celsius. The water in the Gulf of Mexico is seldom colder than 20 degrees Celsius and often reaches temperatures of up to 34 degrees in the summer. In Cape Coral all manner of tropical plants grow, which blooms the whole year round. Shopping round the clock, the shopping centres and supermarkets in the area make it all possible. You will find bars and restaurants for all tastes, as well as friendly service. There is a modern hospital and many good doctors located in Cape Coral. Day trips: Disney/Orlando 3 hours, Miami 2,5 hours, Naples 30 minutes.

Notes to the rental rates: The price is for a party of 2 people. 50 Euro per each additional person per week extra. Children below 6 are free, below 12 cost 25 Euro extra per week. 6% tax and 5% tourist tax additional to the above prices, which is paid by the owner. Christmas and Easter, 14 days minimum booking and 10 % high season increase. Price per month on request. 600 Euro Deposit, refunded with deduction of electricity usage and any damage caused. Included in the price: Pool service, gardener, air conditioning, water, bed linen, towels, greeting on location, cable television( any pay per view films will be added on to the bill) internet, and support on location. Surcharges included in the prices, up to $35.00 worth of electricity usage per week,( any more will be deducted from the price at $0.12 per KWH). Final cleaning charge: $130.00 US dollars. It must be paid in cash on location. After the minimum period of 1 week, the villa can be rented on a day to day basis.

There is a deposit of 30 percent of the total price payable upon booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the rental period begins. A cancellation charge of 30% is due when there is a cancellation less than 2 months before the beginning of the rental period.

Luxuriously equipped for relaxed holidays. Tasteful furnishings, while still being liveable in. Television in every bedroom as well as a big screen television in the living room with Time Warner/Comcast, all private channels, films, children's programs, over 500 in total. There is internet available wirelessly or by a cable. Comfortable “outside living room” for beautiful evenings under the stars. Wonderful flora.
We will be glad to provide you with advice on how to get here, car rental, local customs. Also combination holiday, e.g. Tour and then relaxing break afterwards in luxury villa Aloha. Because we have intensively toured many states in the USA we can offer you many tips. Combination tours can be attractive because of the fact that Florida is the cheapest state for car rentals.

There are many attractions for children located right nearby, e.g the children's museum, an interactive museum with animals, hurricane machines etc, Sun Splash water park, Shell museum, diverse Nature Center which explains about the native animals in the area which they also have in the centre. Kilometre long white sandy beaches with mussels and herds of dolphins. A zoo in Naples, also Orlando is only 2 and a half hours away with its countless theme parks, Disney, Sea World, Universal etc.

Dream-like sunsets, beautiful nature, outstanding restaurants, white secluded beaches, sailing, motor boating, canoe and kayak tours, a world of shopping for all tastes, live music and much more, or simply spend the day relaxing by the pool and watching the canal, or kick back and unwind with a book and a glass of wine.
Many golf courses nearby, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota etc. Cape Coral is a paradise for golfers, in this town alone there are 5 courses, really near us( just over 1 mile) is the Royal Tee Golf and Country club, a 27 hole golf course. There are daily passes available here, the other golf clubs are also not far away
