The Cape Coral vacation home 'Sunset' was finished during April of 1999. Positioned toward the west it is located in a quiet residential area. Your problems seem to fade in this comfortable and very elegant house. The house itself has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master-bedroom with a king-size bed and the second bathroom has direct access to the pool area. The two smaller bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds. The master bedroom has a second TV. This house has an overwhelming sunset (it was named Sunset just for that reason). The garage has the owner’s vehicle parked in it. However there is room for your car as well.

Cape Coral´s population is about 100.000; with 116 sq miles is Cape Coral the second largest city in Florida. Cape Coral was established in 1958 by the brothers Rosen. An area of about 114 sq miles they dug more than 400 miles of fresh and saltwater canals. From the houses which are next to a canal you have access to the Caloosahatchee River and also to Fort Myers Beach from where you can drive to Sanibel or Captiva Island. But that is not everything. You have the opportunity to do sport for example water skiing, diving, snorkelling, tennis, golf, and more golf. Cape Coral features 5 golf courts and 50 different difficulty levels. Cape Coral features 40 parks, lakes, and one big water park 'Sun Splash“. Many shopping centres offer everything that you can imagine and what your heart is looking for. Cape Coral offers also a small beach. To get there, you have to go from Cape Coral Parkway to Coronado down to the Yacht Club which has also a little harbour, a heated swimming pool.

Mile-long sand beaches and emerald-green water adds much pleasure to your stay. Here you can sit and at the beach and watch the dolphins, swimming is also an alternative. Captiva: No human has ever seen so many rare shells. The „Captiva Stoop“ was created here, due to the native 'Bueckling' - or current bending and removal of the shells. A special type of restaurant on this island is the original Bubble Room. Ft. Myer`s Beach: Along Estero Blvd., you may find the much talked about white sandy beaches of Florida. Live music can be heard at all times at many different places along the beach. Parasailing, jet ski or water ski.
