The house has a beutifull landscaping and you will enjoy beig in the middle of the tropical vegetation, which will make your vacation even more dream-like. In spite of its quiet location, the house is only a few minutes away from the shopping centers and restaurants of Cape Coral and Fort Myers. The fantastic beaches of Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island are only a 25 minute drive away (according to the season). The interior decoration is very elegant and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and fulfils all of your desires. This is a house where you will feel really relaxed.

Cape Coral is a city in the Lee County, in the US state Florida, USA. It has 128.000 inhabitants (stand: 2004). The region of the city is 298,1 km² large. The city is divided into 4 big squares: Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and Southeast. Most of the streets are simply numbered serially. Two central streets create these divisions. The boulevard Santa Barbara divides the city in East and West. The Pine Island road divides the city in North and South. Cape Coral has had one of the fastest developments among the communities in Florida, thanks to its numerous coastal estates and channels, lakes and swimming pools. Many of the estates have direct access to Pine Island Sound or to Caloosahatchee River.
