Notes to the rental rates: Prices are based on the occupancy of 4 people. For occupancy up to 6 people add $25 per day. We offer discounts for last minute requests and for long term guests. The cost of the cleaning at departure is $135 and the payment is due when you arrive.

There is a 20% down payment required. The final payment and the $400 deposit are due 30 days before the arrival date. The deposit will be returned as soon as possible provided there are no damages.
