It is a beautiful condo that is just steps to the beach with no streets to cross. It sleeps 4 persons. There is 1 king-size bed and 2 twin beds. All have brand new linens. It is located just 50 steps from white sandy beaches. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop deck overlooking the gulf. Relax near the private heated pool! Gulf Beach Place is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and if you don't feel like walking you can take a free trolley that travels all over the island. Grills and picnic tables are provided out back for your convenience, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit.

And if you have never seen Anna Maria Island from the air, hook onto one of the parasail craft for the experience of a life time. They run along the inner Bays as well as along the Gulf shore.

Holmes Beach offers small shopping centres in a seven-block section of town near the intersection of Gulf Drive and a large centre near Manatee Avenue and East Bay Boulevard. To the south, Bradenton Beach reflects its Bohemian roots. Newly restored Bridge Street is home to many shops offering an unusual blend of arts and crafts unique to the free-thinking people living near there. Gulf Drive, the backbone of Bradenton Beach, has several small shopettes and roadside stores offering a chance to bring back a memory of the Island. Whatever your need, shopping on Anna Maria Island is an experience that you will remember as much as your visit to the Island’s white sandy beaches.
