Our unique, spacious ranch style villa is situated on a 29.000 square foot spacious lot at 'The Villages at Nature's Edge' in Haines City. There is loads of privacy and the Sun Air Golf Course (hole 5 to be specific) is right behind your backyard!
Golf, peace and space are combined with the ease and excitement of having Orlando, the Entertainment Capital of the World, within easy reach! Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Kennedy Space Centre are all only a short drive away! There is easy access to shopping with nearby Winn Dixy only five minutes away and the Eagle Ridge Mall at 15 minutes.
Our villa has a wonderful 100% private swimming pool, spa and deck located within an attractive planted courtyard area. Just imagine not being able to see your neighbouring vacationers when you are swimming, sunbathing or just relaxing and not being disturbed by traffic noise or air pollution.

The villa is located 30 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and other attractions such as Seaworld, Universal Studios and 'Aquatica' in Seaworld - the newest attraction. Bok Tower Garden, Cypress Springs and Doughmonde the Dutch Bakery are also nearby. Sun Air Golf & Country Club is a quiet golf course with clubhouse, golf pro shop and bar and restaurant.
Just 30 minutes easy drive from Disney, the big benefit of our location is that you reach Disney from a different direction to the 100s of people staying in Kissimmee. They may well be stuck in a traffic jam along the HW192 whilst you will drive straight in! You are also nearer to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts - the nearest beach is about an hour's drive away.You can shop 'til you drop' at the many discount malls and eat out at a very reasonable cost in a huge choice of restaurants - all within an easy drive. Notes to the rental rates: Rate includes all local Florida state taxes (13%), normal use off electricity, air-conditioning, water, towels, linen, high speed wireless Internet access, local phone calls, use of gas Barbeque/Grill. A portable child's cot (crib), stroller and high chair are also provided free of charge. There is a cleaning fee of € 55/$80 for stays of 6 nights or less. Minimal stay is 5 nights. Monthly rentals (minimum of 4 weeks/ 28 days) are possible. Inquire for our monthly rates! Pool Heating is recommended between October and April and is available for $ 75 or 75 euro a week or $ 15 or 15 euro a day if stay is shorter than 14 days. Booking Deposit (at time of booking) is 30% of total rental price. Credit Card payments are accepted by Pay Pall! Security Deposit (payable at time balance is due - 6 weeks prior arrival) $ 250 or 250 euro. The balance of your payment along with the security deposit is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The security deposit is a standard charge and will be refundable if no damage has arisen during stay.
There is a strict no smoking and no pets policy in the villa. If holiday dates required span more than one price zone, enquiry owner for details. Daily rental rate is 1/7 of weekly rate for each day for holiday less than 14 nights.

In the villa is general information guide to make your stay an enjoyable one and trouble free.
The deposit of 30% of the rental cost will secure your reservation, which can be paid by Paypal (credit card at no charge). The balance becomes due 6 weeks before your arrival, or immediately if your arrival is within 6 weeks of booking. A security deposit of €250/$250 is required with your final payment. This will normally be returned to you in full within two weeks of your departure.
We try to make this as easy as possible for you. We accept payment in either € euro or $ US. (€ payments will be converted to $US in case of payment in $ US) Your balance payment may be made by cashier cheque (mailed to the US); Paypal with credit card (3% service charge for these option) or Internet Banking in euro or dollar.
Our custom build villa features high-quality fixtures and fittings, and custom finishes unusual for a vacation home and is nicely furnished throughout. The Living Room, which overlooks the big pool and Jacuzzi, has two comfortable sofas and loveseat, a fire place and a 51' big screened television. Also you will find a Nintendo Gamecub and Nintendo 64 for your convenience. The separate Dining Room seats six at a large exclusive glastop table.
The Master Bedroom is spacious, nicely furnished, including an 'armoire' housing the TV and DVD player. The large en-suite bathroom features a vanity unit, Roman bathtub, huge walk-in double shower and separate WC.
Also a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 and 3 are sharing a family bathroom with vanity basin, WC and bathtub with shower over. The breakfast area (nook) has a small office, too with free wireless internet access, PC and printer. So safe on luggage and don't bring your laptop with you!

Bathroom 1: The master bathroom features double wash bins with cabinets underneath, a double shower room with enclosure, and a separate tub also a separate toilet. Bathroom 2: Features a wash bin with cabinets, a toilet and a tub/shower with glass enclosure.
All bedrooms have their own TV & DVD player.
The kitchen is spacious and features a ceramic hob, dishwasher, large built in electric stove and microwave oven, and a large fridge/freezer that dispenses chilled filtered water, crushed ice and ice cubes. Finally there is the Laundry Room which houses a large washer and dryer.
We could go on and on about the quality and sheer spaciousness of this home, many guests have commented that the photos do not to it justice and their expectations have been exceeded.

If you enjoy your privacy, you will appreciate the large south facing swimming pool with extended pool deck, Jacuzzi spa, lanai and sun-bathing area, so no curious neighbors (or golfers)! In both summer and wintertime our pool is sunfacing during the day. Most quests take advantage of the electric pool heat to keep the pool up to a comfortable 88 degrees and the Jacuzzi spa to the recommended 100 degrees. See yourself relaxing in the Jacuzzi spa and watch the sunset in the evenings with a cold refreshment in your hand. Also to your convenience you will find a complete range of patio furniture, table and sunloungers and ceiling fan for those warm evenings. The pool is maintained regularly by our Management Company, and for the peace of mind for those of you with young children, we have installed a removable child security fence round the pool.
Facilities outside include a gasheated barbeque/grill, a full size dining table and chairs, adjustable lighting for creating a nice atmosphere.
Daily tickets are available to play nine or 18 holes. Normaly you do not need to call for you tee time. Prices vary depending on the season. Low season rate is around $ 20 including golf cart.
Also for snow birds staying longer a 3 month membership for 2 people with a golf cart is possible for $ 1.650, plus the tax payable at the pro shop of the Sun Air Golf Club.
The sun air course has some beautiful holes and a lot of water hazards. You might see some alligators and crane birds along the fairway! Florida nature at its best!
Security Deposit & Month rates
A refundable security deposit is charged of $ 250,-- or 250 euro. We gladly ask you to use water and other utilities like you do at home. Don't leave the villa with all lights on and air conditioner high. Close doors after leaving the villa. We appreciate your efforts taking care of our villa as you take care of your own home! There are about 60 golf courses in the neighbourhood, for instance the Back Diamond Golf and Country Club the Pga courses at Champion gate and Reunion but of course also the excellent golf courses at Walt Disney World! Play golf year rond thanks to the great weather all year.
