Downstairs there is a large living area and separate dining area with a fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room for all your laundry needs. The property is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans for additional comfort and of course there is a covered patio and private screened pool and spa. The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the features you would expect i. e. oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all the utensils you will need. Outside, your own private swimming pool is enhanced with the addition of a Jacuzzi, and is fully screened with underwater lighting. Our villa is fully licensed and maintained to a high standard through our local agent who is English. The house has a fully monitored alarm system. Amenities include pool table, Fussball table and PS2 with games plus high speed wireless internet access for guests to use.

Our luxury two storey 4 bedroom villa is located in the community of Silver Creek, off Highway 27 and just 12 short minutes drive from Disney. Silver Creek is a quiet community but only minutes from the bustle of Highway 192 and just 2 minutes away there is a small mall with various shops and takeaways plus a brand new Walmart Super centre for all your shopping bargains. With easy access to Interstate 4 both coasts and Tampa are within 50-90 minutes drive so making easy day trips to Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach or Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast. All your dining needs are catered for with many restaurants within a few minutes drive. Sea World, Universal Islands of Adventure and all the shopping delights of International Drive are only an easy 30 minutes away.
