Welcome to Indian Creek, a luxury, state of the art villa, literally a stone’s throw from all of the Disney and other local attractions. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 en-suites) villa with a fully equipped kitchen, delightful lounge and dining areas. The living room has TV, CD-/ DVD-player, radio and luxury furniture throughout. The main bedroom has a separate bathroom with vanity units, shower and large corner bath tub and walk in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a full size double bed with en-suite bath and shower facilities. The kitchen has all the facilities you would expect including dishwasher, microwave, double size fridge, ovens etc. Washer and dryer are arranged in the integral garage. Through the lounge into the patio area is the netted pool with jacuzzi - all of it is south facing to get the best of the days sunshine. Locally there is a children’s play area and 5 championship golf courses within 5 miles. Supermarkets and restaurants are all reachable within 2 miles.

Indian Creek is a quiet gated community just off the 192 and within 5 miles of the main Disneyworld entrance. Access to Interstate 4, 192 and international drive means all of the other attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios are only ten or fifteen minutes away. The main shopping outlets, supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants are all available within a few minutes drive. The golfing facilities are superb with 5 championship courses within 5 miles and over 25 courses within a 10 mile radius. An hour’s drive gets you to Clearwater & St Petersburg in the West and a visit to Cape Canaveral is 45 minutes to the East. Here you can also hire a boat out to have some great offshore fishing! This part of Florida feeds the southern everglades, so there are some wonderful lakes full of incredible wild life and some of the best lakes for fishing can be reached easily.

A 30 minute drive from Orlandos international airport via the Beeline Expressway, I4 and 192 brings you to the tranquil Indian Creek community. It is ideally placed for both: quiet days by the pool, should you wish it, or visiting Disneyworld the main entrance which is just 5 miles away. With the 192 just a couple of miles away and the main Interstate 4 and International drive a little further other attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios and the great shopping malls are all within a 15 minute drive. To the west are the fabulous resorts of Clearwater and St Petersburg which are both within an hours drive o Indian Creek. To the East a 50 minute drive will get you to Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Centre! Why not try an Air Boat ride at Boggy Creek just 30minutes away and enjoy a ride of a lifetime through some breathtaking lakeland scenery!

It has many local shopping outlets and restaurants are just 5 minutes away. There are also a number of food outlets that will deliver direct to Indian Creek!
Property Management
There is a local management company that cleans, maintains and supplies the home on behalf of the owner. Fresh linen, towelling, gas cylinders for the Barbecue are all available through them inclusive in the weekly rental. They will also come out to the property if anything needs fixing while you are there. In addition they will also come out to the property to talk you through some of the visitor attractions and if you wish organise discounted tickets right there by the pool!
