This modern villa (2004) is situated on a hill with breathtaking views across the Aegean Sea. It’s just 2 minutes from the pool and 9 minutes walking-distance from the beach. The house is approximately 1300 square ft. (120 m²) in area, very light and airy. It contains 3 bedrooms (1 opens onto a cered balcony, each with 2 single beds, wardrobe etc.),All bedrooms have ceiling fans. 2 bathrooms/shower/WC (one contains a washing machine). Downstairs is a large open plan room containing kitchen with large marble breakfast bar, dining area with table and chairs, a spacious living area with 2 sofas and a coffee table. On the ground floor there is a good sized covered terrace opening onto a large paved area which includes a stone-built BBQ. One particular feature of this house is the beautiful sea view over the islands, including Kos (GR) in the distance. It is very private as it is the last house of this small development and as such has no passers-by.

A 17 km drive from Bodrum city brings you to Guemuesluek, a lovely rural village with a sandy beach, which runs onto a picturesque little harbour shared by both fishing boats and yachts. All along the beach there are many lovely seafood restaurants. If you drive a further 3 km along the coastal road you reach the state: Bodrum Yapi Koop. The house no. 36 (of 41 houses) is situated on the end of the top row (nearest to the sea). You can take a Dolmus to Guemuesluek, Kadekalesi, Turgutreis and Bodrum – all of which hold a market once a week, which is an experience not to be missed. There is a small shop just a short walk from the house, which always has fresh bread and any staples required. The Dolmus stops directly outside the entrance. So whether you wish to have a quiet, relaxing stay or a comfortable base from which to experience all that Turkey has to offer, this house is the ideal place to let you choose how to spend each precious day.

Notes to the rental rates: The price per week includes: electricity, water, gas, sheets and towels. Cleaning on departure is 30 Euro and is to be paid locally. Use of sun loungers at the pool is free.
Transfer to/from airport has to be arranged by tenant. Taxi from the airport is approximately 80 Euro one-way.
There are charter flights to Bodrum airport from many European cities. The transfer to the house is appr. 1 hour. The next option would be Dalaman airport, where a 2,5 hrs transfer awaits you. If you fly to Izmir you will drive for 3,5 hours in a rent a car or with the bus from the central bus terminal. We use ProperCarRental for our own transfers.
Our house is situated on a hill and offers a wonderful view over the bay and the sea. Most days you can see the Greek islands of Kos and Kalimnos. This feature rewards you after the 'ascent'! Please note that the swimming pool is operational from May 15 - Sptember 30 every year.
