The apartment was built in June 2007, has 107 m² and is tastefully equipped. It is located in the southern wing of a luxurious villa made of natural stone, on the picturesque peninsula, in the town of Kas. Here you can enjoy the silence, without having to give up Kas. The apartment has been built according to the European standards. From the large terrace on the first floor, you have a romantic view upon the Mediterranean Sea, the Greek Island Meis and further archipelagos. Below the villa, within 150 m, there are bathing platforms which are easily reached on foot. The pool in the garden, the bathing place and the barbecue are shared with an second apartment located in the same villa. In Kas, there is a bus shuttle service, which comes every ½ hour. It takes only a few minutes to drive to the center of the town. Several bathing beaches are available in the neighbourhood.

On one of the southern extremities of Turkey, there is a small paradise, an idyllic fishermen town with 8000 inhabitants. Kas has a uniquely beautiful nature at the Mediterranean Sea, and is surrounded by the green Taurus Mountains. The town has a central location. There are 2 ¼ hours to Dalaman airport and 2 ¾ hours to Antalya. The arts street of Antalya is a unique experience. Many artists inhabit the town and change the image of the street. On the narrow streets paved with header bricks, there are many comfortable restaurants, small stores and nice houses. The shopping facilities are good. Each Friday, a big market takes place. Silver, Pashmina towels and leather articles are very convenient here. There are a few small guest houses and only a few big hotels. Kas is a small county town, where the construction of big, intrusive buildings is not allowed. The peninsula is a part of the town Kas.

The rooms have the following sizes: living room with open kitchen: 31 m², bedroom 1: 21 m², bedroom 2: 18 m², hallway: 4 m², bathroom: 7 m², terrace balcony: 24 m², the entrance to of the apartment: 12 m², laundry room: 20 m², pool: 7 m long and 3.5 m large, 4 deck chairs, 2 sun shades, and extra 30 m² sunny terrace. There is a 30 m² barbecue area with chairs in the garden. There are covers, pillows and towels for 5 people, dinnerware for 6 people and complete kitchen equipment, with pots and pens. Air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer and garden furniture (2 tables, 10 chairs), as well as Satellite TV are available. There are 3 central Satellite connections: Astra, Hotbird and Türksat.
The arrival and departure are possible by several flying companies, and can be very convenient if you book your flight early enough. Prices of 50 Euros per flight are not rare (Condor, TuiFly, Air Berlin). You can also book convenient last minute flights. You can land on Dalaman airport (approx. 130 km, 2 ½ hours) or on Antalya (approx. 190 km, 2 ¾ hours). There are several possibilities for the shuttle service to the respective Turkish airports. You can take a taxi (negotiable price of 120 - 160 Euros), or you can be picked up by us for approx. 80 Euros from Dalaman, and approx. 100 Euros from Antalya.
Trips and visits
There are various options for organized trips in Kas. You can make trips by boat (visit of an immersed city, trip to the Greek Isle of Meis, etc.), or you can travel to Patara (native place of Nickolaus), Saklikent (a huge rocky formation with river). Many other possibilities are at your disposal. You can also hike on one of the longes, most beautiful and optimal marked hiking trails in the world (520 km). The best season for hiking is spring or fall. If you want to organize excursions yourself, there are also various possibilities. For example: a bathing day on the Patara beach, one of the most beautiful sand beaches in Turkey (15 km long). The beach can be reached with small trip buses or with a rented car. The driving time is around 45 minutes, but it is absolutely worth it.

We can arrange more convenient prices for you, if you inform us early enough, and according to the availability. For example: 1 car with air conditioning, 1 week, 5 people: approx. 30-50 Euros a day.
