Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday, we all had a truly marvellous time. We particularly liked the facilities, ie. pool table, DVD, table football/tennis, jacuzzi, bikes and washing machine. The kitchen is extremely well equipped including everything we could ever possibly need - Greenwood, Sutton Coldfield. Absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodations are superb. From the big things - comfortable beds and welcoming kitchen, to the many small ones - model railroad, book collection, DVD collection, projection TV, freezer and guide to walks and outings, the place could not have been nicer. People we met in Gals were very kind. Having a fax and phone were godsends. The Guide for Guests was particularly well done and your website is fabulous - Stachnik, USA One of the best holidays we have had in every respect. Your chalet is well equipped and spacious and well positioned for sight seeing. We were impressed with the excellent quality of everything provided - Laird, Reading
