This wonderful, new Top Chalet offers to you exactly the comfort which is wished by 12 persons: 6 single double rooms (3 with double beds, 3 with 2 single beds), 3 separate toilets and 3 shower-bathrooms and a big 50 m² living room (stereo, TV, DVD) with a beautiful panorama-view from 1600m height into the Rhône -Valley. Of course you have got under floor heating and a 500 l warm water-reservoir. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, a microwave and a dish-washer. Quilt-cover and towels for every person full fill the comfort. In the sauna you have a wonderful valley-view. The chalet is, instead of the location to the ski run, accessible by car. In the summer time you will find 200 km long ways for walking in the mountains and along some brooks. You can start directly from the chalet. The sun is shining from 9.00 am to 20.30 pm.

Nendaz lays in the middle of the Walliser Alps in Switzerland. It reaches from the Rhône plateau up to 3330 m height. Nendaz lays in one of the biggest ski-area of Europe, the 4 Vallées together with Verbier, Veysonnaz and Thyon. A 400 km long ski-run combines the villages. You can spend a ski-day without using the same ski-run for two times. The Mont-Fort at 3330 m height above the sea is the middle point of this ski-area which stretches over 440 km and which provides 94 mountain railways. The snow relations are excellent every time. The Mont-Fort is also an expedition destination for not skiers because it presents to you an unique panorama. Instead of this it fulfils the requirement of the Free riders who search the liberty, untouched nature and powder snow. For many years Free ride is part of the local culture in Nendaz. Tracouet with the frozen lake is ideal for children and beginner.

Garden furniture, grill, 4 deckchairs. The kitchen is perfect fit out with espresso-machine, raclette-grill, fondue and wok. There is a drying room for your ski-equipment in the heating cellar. The rooms are perfect fit out with big wardrobes. Because of the 3 cloakrooms and the 3 shower rooms there are no waiting times in the morning. Exclusive sauna with an excellent view into the Rhône Valley. Quilt-Covers and towels (2 sauna towels and 2 handtowels) can be rent for each person for 40 CHF (1 week). 2,50 CHF tax for each person for each night (children 1,25 CHF). With a mountain railway you will achieve the mountain station Tracouet in 2200 m height from Nendaz in 8 minutes. The area of Tracouet is ideal for children and beginner. Since a few years there is a snow park on the Tracouet. At this time it consists of different obstacles, rails and a jumping parcours. The Croq Bar with its deckchairs is an unavoidable meeting place. The Ski run offers to you different difficult-rates and you can reach Siviez only with your skis. There you can choose between Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Thyon or Verbiert-Mont-Fort. During the season your family will profit from skiing pass discounts.
Skiing pass
For 4 Vallées you only need one skiing pass or you can buy a skiing pass for each area. In Nendaz you can choose between the skiing pass ‘Printze’ for Nendaz, Siviez, Veysonnaz and Thyon and a skiing pass `4 Vallées` for Mont Fort, Verbier and La Tzoumaz. There are 3 different tariffs: day tariffs, a tariff from 11.00 o’clock and a tariff from 12.30. Families will get different discounts. The first parents part pays 100 %, the 2. 70% and children between 5 and 16 years pay 40 %, children between 16 and 20 pay 70%.
Skiing pass without any stress
Nendaz offers to you more and more comfort. You can go directly to the ski run without standing in line. Reservation and pay will be managed comfortable from home.
An expedition to the Mont-Fort, the top of the 4 Vallées, isn’t only interesting for skier, who can ski there in the winter. The unforgettable view to the Alps with Mont-Blanc, Jungfrau and Matterhon will fill everyone with enthusiasm. In July and August Nendaz organises expeditions to experience the sunrise at Mont-Fort. After that you can have a breakfast at the Col de Gentianes. This is so wonderful. Here the technical dates once again: 400 km ski run: 103 km black ski runs, 168 km red ski runs and 129 km blue ski runs. Height of the ski area: 1000 - 3330 m above the sea. Open: from the beginning of November up to the end of April and from the middle of June up to the middle of October for walker.
