The beautiful house is situated on the calm street from Porto Ronco to Roncos/Ascona. There is the Garage. From street level takes you a newly built elevator to the Swimming pool level and the main entrance. The pool has a sundeck with sun chairs and is equipped with the most sophisticated water cleaning equipment available. In the first floor you find a large living room with bar and chimney as well as a dining place for 6 people. Furthermore there is a well equipped kitchen with Ceran cooking field, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchen equipment necessary. In a small room you find an extra fridge, washing machine and dryer. There is a WC for guests and the main bedroom with bath ensuite. In front of the living room there is a nice terrace and a small garden as well as a 'Grotto' for 12 people. In the 2nd floor there is a 2.livingroom with satellite TV, DVD, Video, ISDN; fax, internet, as well as an other bedroom, a room with aux. bed an a marble bathroom.

Porto Ronco is situated on the shore of the Lago Maggiore. there is a picturesque little port surrounded by restaurants, a public beach in the lake and a new sports port. The main village Ronco s/Ascona lies 200 meters above the lake with a spectacular view from the valley of the river Ticion to Luino in Italy. The village center of Ronco is a pedestrian zone and is host of very good restaurants. It takes 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by ferry to Ascona, there is also a permanent bus.

Notes to the rental rates: There is a down payment of 40% within 10 days after receipt of confirmation. Final payment has to be made 30 days prior to arrival. In case the booking is in less than 45 days, the whole amount is due within 10 days.
There will be no extra charges for electricity,heating and pool heating (from April to October).
Extra chardes will be charged for tel. and use of internet due to consumtion.
There is a additional village tax due to actualrequirements.
Garage is sfr 10,-/ day and a fee for linen and towels of sfr. 15,- p.P. which is changed weekly.
Sfr. 250,- is charged foe end cleaning and on special request there will be additional cleaning for sfr. 200,- available. Drinks will be charges dueto consumtion.
Special conditions for longterm renters.
The House is equipped to high standards, we request to take care of the equipment. Wheelchair users can only take the 1st floor. Pets are not allowed. Kids may only use to pool, if supervised by adults. We have installed a new elevator that stops in the swimming pool level. The pool is new and has a new sunbath area around with sun also in the afternoon. There are 2 computers, one with internet access. The linen and towels are changed every week. As there are VHS and DVD it is a good idea to bring your own tapes or disks as TV is mostly in German besides of CNN and BBC.
