It is a tastefully renovated house in old style from 1870, full modern, located in a protected nature area with grazing land and woods.
The property is 80.000 square meters large. The lake Lyen is 1000 meter away, you can walk through the beautiful forest or drive with the car. Lyåsa is an old village situated in a high ridge with a fantastic view. The old farmer in Lyåsa live 300 meters from our property, the children will enjoy all the animals, you can also buy fresh milk and eggs there.
Our house Norregård has tasteful furniture, typical for a 1870 century house. There are also lot of paintings on the walls made by a local artist.

The Lyen is a part of a chain of lakes with idyllic islands.
The Lyen is rich of fish, you can get perch, pike, pickerel and eel. Rich forest on hiking path, lot of mushrooms and berries. It is a beautiful area for bathing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing.
