Smoking is only allowed on the large balconies. Linen and towels/beach towels are provided.
PaymentWe require a 30% down payment to secure a reservation; the remaining balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. In case of a cancellation, we fully refund your payments up to 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations with 60 days notice we charge 30%, with 30 days notice 50% as a cancellation fee.
