All of the rooms have fans and mosquito nets. Indoors you'll find, among other things and a completely fitted kitchen. A large covered terrace and a pool are located in the outdoor area are. Both houses are embedded in a beautiful tropical garden (5000 m²). There is a kitchen in a separate building, where you or our cook, can prepare meals.

Price structuring
Our rents contain bed and bath laundry (no beach cloths). Operating cost of the air conditioning system and the electricity in the price contain up to to 100 kilowatts per week.
Bail and modes of payment
On all prices a service addition of 10 % comes. the bail amounts to per person \ week 50.00 euro. The renting payment takes place in advance, whereby 30 is to be paid % pre-payment immediately after conclusion of a contract and the remainder of 2 weeks before journey.

Staff: Our staff will always help you. There is your private room boy who can prepare your breakfast and will do the house cleaning (inclusive). Two gardeners work in the garden. The cook comes if you wish him to prepare a delicious lunch or dinner (4-6 €). He’s talking it over with you and you pay for the ingredients which he buys for you at the local market. Laundry: There is a washing machine and you room boy will wash for you (2 € per wash). Massage: For your convenience, there is a separate massage-room. The masseur comes to you. A full body massage lasts 60 minutes and costs 8 €.

You will find palms and water shimmering like blue sapphires, small isles in front of the coast, clean sand beaches and a lot of wonderful beach scenes and hidden beach-hotels. On the beach there are different possibilities of water sports like diving, windsurfing and waterskiing.
