Casa Otilia - Very inviting, comfortable semidetached house with private property facing south

This very inviting house with large private property and unspoilt south view of the hills is located near Posada and the lovely beaches of Niembro. Surrounded by a lot of greenery, it is a semidetached house, but both properties are completely separated. The back of the garden slopes up, is rocky and wonderfully cultivated. At the front of the house there is a large roofed-over terrace and on the first floor is a large balcony with marvellous views. Carpark is on the property as well as a stone grill. It isn't necessarily suitable for smaller children as there are some unsecured areas in the back area of the garden. There is trim furnishing. Downstairs, there are a modern kitchen (among other things: oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven), combined dining/living room with TV and fire place and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are another living room, a second bathroom and 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. One of the bedrooms has a third en-suite bathroom. There are washing machine and dryer.

All booked dates refer to occupied nights. You can include a "booked" date for your stay as long as you leave the morning of that day.
