Gandia is a charming Mediterranean town offering many shops, cafes, restaurants and places of historic interest. In contrast to the town, there is Gandia beach with its new promenade, lined with palm trees, and a wonderful sandy beach stretching for miles. In spring, when the orange blossoms are in flower, there is a lovely aroma in the air in this area - hence the name 'Costa del Azahar' (the coast of the blossoms). The villa can be accessed after 5pm on the day of arrival. It must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to allow for a thorough changeover clean.

*** For more Information and photos click on 'our homepage' in this advertise.*** Villa Gandia Hills is situated on the outskirts of Gandia on a mountain covered in pine trees in a quiet, prestigious urbanization only 7 km from the beach. The apartment consists of a lounge diner with American kitchen and double sofa bed, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also a terrace for eating outside and a further terrace for sun-bathing with loungers and umbrellas. Outside there is a modern American Jacuzzi (2,30 m x 2,30 m). The apartment is spotlessly clean and modern with central heating for the colder months. For the high season the apartment is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday - Saturday), but in the low season it is possible to make flexible arrangements. We can pick you up at the airport if you have no transport.
The apartment includes 1 living-/dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 sun terrace, 1 covered dining terrace, a new private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) with saltwater and an outdoor whirlpool (2,30 m x 2,30).
Details of the apartment
There is a jasmin- and bougainvillea-covered arch leading down to the apartment where you will find the sun terrace and swimming pool. Then you will find a glass door leading to the outside dining terrace with a further door leading in the apartment. All the windows of the apartment are arch shaped giving a true Mediterranean charm. The favourite feature for the visitors is the covered terrace as you can relax here in the sunshine nearly every day of the year.
Leisure Activities
Most local beaches offer water sports including water skiing, surfing and diving. Horse riding stables can be located next to Oliva Nova Golf Course and there is a go-cart track nearby. Within 30-45 minutes drive you can visit Vergel Safari Park, Mundomar Sea World, Terra Mitica Theme Park or Aqualandia Water Park. Alternatively you could visit Ibiza on a trip from Denia port, a 25 minute drive away. There are other boat trips to be enjoyed, which travel up and down the coast and to nearby islands.
For golfing enthusiasts there are many excellent golf courses in the area. In Valencia located on a narrow stretch of dunes and dense pinewoods separating the Albufera Lagoon from the Mediterranean Sea is the El Saler Golf Course, ranked among the Top 10 in Europe and Top 100 in the world. The adjacent Albufera Lagoon is a fast expense of brackish waters and rice paddies, which is also a natural reserve full of birds and wild life. Other courses in and around Valencia of note include, Club de Golf Manises, Club de Golf El Bosque and Club de Golf Escorpion. The prestigious Oliva Nova Golf Course is within a 20 minute drive from the villa. This course was designed by Seve Ballesteros, is reasonably priced and boasts an excellent clubhouse with restaurant. Nearby La Sella (Denia) Golf Course and Javea Golf Course offer excellent driving ranges and facilities.
