In the green and sunny south-west of Tenerife – a little to the west of Playa de Las Americas – lies the holiday resort of 'Playa Paraíso', in the locality of Armeñime. In the last 2 or 3 years, holiday houses of a higher, luxury class have been constructed at the edge of the resort. This has created a new area of large private houses with marvellous views over the deep-blue Atlantic and the island of La Gomera, which lies opposite. It’s about 400 m to the sea. The peaceful locality of Playa Paraíso was created as one of the first holiday developments in the south of Tenerife. Today, visitors can expect plenty of sun and a good tourist infrastructure with a variety of things to offer. The location is surrounded by green banana plantations and is right beside the sea.

On arrival, guests receive a basket of fresh fruit, bread, drinks etc., so that the first meal is provided. Towels, bath towels, tea towels and bedclothes are available.
At the centre of the resort is a shopping street with restaurants and bars, fashion shops, pharmacy and much more besides. Sun-worshippers will appreciate the beautiful weather in the south-west. The beach at Playa Paraíso is bordered by large, flat, rocky areas, tempting you to come and sunbathe. Sport activities such as diving, swimming or hiking are headline attractions in Playa Paraíso. You’ll find tennis courts here, as well as the beautiful 27-hole Costa Adeje golf course, which is very close-by.

Villa Luxor does not want for anything; the most discerning holiday-maker will find everything here they might wish for. In the large living room there are cosy sofas and armchairs. There is a satellite TV which receives major international television and radio channels, plus a DVD player and a radio. The living room gives onto the dining area, with table and chairs. All four bedrooms are roomy and well equipped. The double beds have comfortable mattresses.
Journey times
It’s about 5 minutes drive to Costa Adeje and you’ll need just 2 minutes to get to the small port 'Puertito'. Or you can drive down to Playa San Juan in less than 10 minutes. The town is similarly surrounded by banana and tomato plantations. The locality has been developed extensively in recent years but nevertheless it has retained its charm. On the Plaza with its high trees and park benches you will find cafés and restaurants which form an interesting and lively meeting place, in the evening too.
