The studio lies close to the sea, the terrace is 40 sq. m and is partially covered. There are two sun loungers, a comfortable seating arrangement as well as a dining table with 4 chairs on the terrace. The studio has a bathroom with shower and wash basin. The living room is tastefully furnished and has Sat TV, dining area, sitting area etc. You can reach the sea, stores, supermarkets as well as restaurants within a few minutes by foot.

Playa San Juan is a small fishing town which has slowly developed into a holiday destination. With a fishing harbour, a bathing beach and beautiful walks along the sea, it is also suitable for older people. Twice a week there is a market where you can buy fresh vegetables etc. Several small supermarkets for the everyday sustenance as well as various restaurants are also available. In clear weather you can see the Gomera island on the opposite side and the banana plantation at the rear. It is a peaceful location for the holiday.
