Beautiful house built in 2002. It is a characteristic rustic villa on a hill-side situation with excellent panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountain range. Equipment is very complete with three terraces and barbecue. The swimming pool is on a lower level. The finca is located in the centre of the island, so access to the beaches, the capital town, Palma and the airport is very easy and quick. The surrounding of the finca is amazing, on top of the hill called ‘Puig de Santa Magdalena' you can find a typical church, a restaurant and a viewpoint from where you can see the complete north of the island. It is a ideal place for families with children of all ages or couples who looks a tranquil place for living in a peaceful environment. It is furnished in a colourful and comfortable Mediterranean style.

All booked dates refer to occupied nights. You can include a "booked" date for your stay as long as you leave the morning of that day.
