From the above mentioned two villages one narrow asphalted road is directly leading to the estate. While driving to the finca, you are passing by areas, where wine is cultivated. Through a big iron entrance you’ll get into the inner part of the finca, which is fenced. In front of the house there is a big patio with high trees. Everyone will find here the place he likes most: either in the sun or the shadow. The recently built pool (12 x 6 x 0,75-2,1 m) with an outside shower is situated in the well-maintained garden area. Pool terrace and wide parts of grass are an ideal place for children to play or for everyone to relax in the sun. The rest of the estate was kept in natural estate. The entrance leads you into the big living hall. In the foremost left part is the living room with chimney, on the right side the big dining part and the kitchen. There are one bathroom and two bedrooms. A big stair is leading to the first floor. Here you´ll find the MBR with one separate living-room on the gallery.
A little guesthouse with roof-terrace and separate shower/WC was built on a separate part of the entrance patio. Here you´ll also find a very old, big palm, which will give you the needed shadow during the summertime. There are also two big roofed patios, where you can dinner completely weather-independent.
