Notes to the rental rates: As off 4 weeks rent within the high season the daily rent is 390,-. A yearly rent contract can be offered for 5.300,-/monthly rent. The prices include electricity, water, heating, bed linen and handkerchiefs (change once a week). Pool- and beach towels are not supplied.

Final cleaning 150,- (intermediate cleaning on request against charge)

Deposit for 1/2 weeks rental 1000,- Prepaiment 20 % of the total rent amount for reservation and confirmation to me. Final Payment 80 % plus final cleaning plus deposit at arrival to the owner.

Good ones in Sera di Pula within Pula golf resort (reservation required), Hotel Can Simonetta at the round-circle just before Canyamel, Rest. Isabel with Toni (games inclusive), in Arta: Can Balager on the main road, dito Parisienne with sometimes prominent guests, Capdepera: Cafe` Orient with excellent Tappas and Tuesday Jazz (in winter)
