Notes to the rental rates: To confirm the booking, the 50 % of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property. Booking payments can be made either by bank transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2 % supplement on card charge. Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2 % supplement) or traveller cheques. As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.
Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made more than 60 days before the arrival, we will refund half of the paid deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.
The minimum rental period is one week. The property is booked from 14.00 p.m. on the day of arrival through to 10.00 a.m. on the departure day. This is necessary, in order to enable the cleaning and the preparation for next arrivals.
