Helechos in Santa Eulalia, Spain
Helechos property is at 500 m of Cala Pada, a beach that have trees pines palm trees frame work, no buildings around. Nevertheless there is a water sport school in it. The condominium Aldeamar and the lane to the beach are inside a quiet pine wood. It has a swimming pool, tennis curt and table tennis for about 30 families. The traditional hippie market of Es Caná is at 1 km working through a beautiful coastal lane. The city of Ibiza with its well conserved ancient architecture and it new amusing areas is at 13 km and line boat and buses are available to reach it.

Very low density of population. 20 minutes walking to the marina and the nice city of Santa Eulalia. 15 km to Ibiza down town historic quarter and discothèques. 3 minutes to two supermarkets and bus stop, 7 minutes to the beach and line boat mall.
