The dream beach of Roche, on which you have various bays to the left and an approx. 14 km long beach to the right, can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by foot. The property is approx. 960 sq m in size and lies in a very quiet cul-de-sac and was completely renovated in July 2007. The garden boasts many pine trees, a hammock, a hanging chair, 4 deck chairs, a Barbecue, an outdoors shower, a large terrace with teak wood furniture (8 seats), various lamps in the exteriors, etc. The approx. 35 sq m kitchen (6 seats) is connected directly to the living-dining room (with fireplace) via the Winter garden. Moreover, the house has more than 4 double-bedrooms with 2 bathrooms of which one is 'en suite'.

Roche with its small dreamy bays and its fantastic location invites you to take dreamy walks and moreover, because of its location, it invites you to visit Bodegas, white villages, Tapas restaurants as well as picnics in the white villages. Roche is probably the best known 'Urbanisation' or luxury residential complex in Andalusia, which is simultaneously located in a pine grove and the beach. The neighbouring towns of Chiclana de la Frontera (Novo Sancti Petri) as well as de la Frontera can be reached within 15 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity you have Conil, one of the most beautiful of the Andalusian 'white villages' and Cadiz, probably the oldest city of Europe.

Mosquitoes are very rarely found due to the proximity to the Atlantic. Suitable for persons prone to allergies. Approx. 98.5% of the holiday homes (owners) are 'owned' by people from Spain. In August (holiday season) most of the approx. 1400 holiday homes are occupied. From September, the number of vacationers decreases continuously. Starting from Easter, the number of vacationers again increases gradually. Therefore, rather than the 'typical tourist holiday', you should expect a quiet and typically Spanish calmness, especially within the private urbanisation. A Shopping Center in Novo Sancti Petri with various shops, bars, restaurants, etc. can be reached in approx. 5 minutes, the large Shopping Center in San Fernando ('Bahia Sur') with many small shops, Carrefour, restaurants among others including Fast Food, cinemas, garden centers, etc. can be reached in approx. 15 minutes and various other shopping centers like (Corte Inglès) store can be reached in approx. 25 minutes by car.
The house boasts a 32-LCD TV in the living room, a large TV in the kitchen (Satellite) as well as a DVD Player. 'Golf Equipment' for the men and women, a life jacket, a Surfboard, a volleyball, ... can be provided as per arrangement. There is a café with WIFI access at the small Plaza. When the tide ebbs (low tide), you have the option, to undertake a walk through the bays beneath the steep coast, which can otherwise only be reached from 'above' through the nature park. Various sporting events like beach volleyball, tennis tournaments, Football for men and women, basketball, paddle etc., in which everyone can participate are conducted within the 'private Urbanisation' in the summer months. A tennis/ paddle coach can be booked all year round. For the very small there is also the possibility to participate in animation games, which are conducted in the sports facilities.

Notes
There is a dining table in the kitchen - which has been converted from a large wall painting- at which there is seating place for 8. Furthermore there is a TV in the kitchen which has been connected to a dish antenna. The house can be heated in the Winter months.
The beach entrance can lead to the left over one of the bays or to the right to the long beach (approx. 14 km without interruption), which follows up to the promenade of La Barrosa in Chiclana. When the tide ebbs a little, you can undertake lovely dreamlike walks beneath the steep coast, where various bays are situated, up to the Light house at the Conil harbour. If you rise early, you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishing cutter at the Conil harbour or alternatively buy them at the market. There are beautiful beaches, for example, in El Palmar (Hippie beaches among others), 'Trafalgar', Caños de Meca, where a few cosy Chill out Bars are situated. Simply ask us and we will try to give you good tips.

Roche: A small Supermarket, a Tapas 'Restaurant', a Bar (Tapas), a news office, a large children's playground, a small pharmacy, etc. are situated at a distance of approx. 5 minutes by foot. Various riding stables, a bicycle rental, ... are also present in the vicinity. *** Neighbourhood: A shopping center in Novo Sancti Petri with various shops, bars, restaurants etc. is at a distance of approx. 5 minutes by car, 'Bahia Sur' the large shopping center in San Fernando, with various small shops, Carrefour, various Restaurants, Mc Donalds, Burger King, Cinemas, garden centers etc. is at a distance of approx. 15 minutes by car as well as various other shopping centers like in approx. 15 driving minutes as well as various others are shopping center like department store (Corte Inglès) can be reached in approx. 25 minutes by car.
General + Tips and Options
Please consider before booking that the Roche Urb is 'very lively' only in August. In the months following this, it keeps getting quieter till it is very peaceful (true relaxation!) until the somewhat gradual increase in the number of visitors for Easter. A certain number of white villages (e.g. Vejer, which was known as the most beautiful village of Spain – at a distance of 15 minutes by car), Visits to sherry plants (Jerez), the Cathedral in Cadiz, Jerez, Sevilla – various riding schools, the Königlichen in Jerez, - various harbours like e.g. Sancti Petri, Puerto Sherry (take a trip by ship from the Cadiz harbour towards Puerto Santa Maria approx. 35 minutes away/ approx. 3 € per person) are offered as picnic destinations. - One can visit a Flamenco school in Cadiz as well as follow its performances in specially selected bars. The famous golf course of Novo Sancti Petri, the new golf course of the Melilla group of hotels as well as the golf course of San Andres Golf can be easily reached within 5 minutes by car. One of the probably most beautiful golf courses is in - Dehesa Montemedio--, which can be reched in approx. 20 minutes by car. Other golf courses, like e.g., Montecastillo – Sanlucar – El Puerto – Benalup, Jerez, etc. can also be reached within 40 minutes by car.
