Bedrooms 3 & 4 are situated in the apartment on the 1st floor. Bedroom 3 is a very large room. It has a comfortable pull down bed, but can also be used as a lounge and has a 3-piece suite. A bathroom is situated between these two rooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for the summer months and central heating panels for the evenings of the cooler months.
The washing machine is situated in the main bathroom.

The internal courtyard is ideal for dining as it is next to the main kitchen and between the downstairs accommodation and the separate apartment upstairs.
