In a well feeling-climate that compares to the Canary Islands? This nice studio, styled by a painter, is looking forward to having you! American kitchen with 4 barstools (little table and chairs as well), microwave with grill, 4 flamed butano stove, big fridge with freezer, washing machine, glass plates in white, black and amber, normal forks and knives as well as in silver, 3 sleeping sofas, Le Corbuisier chaise longue, 2 Garden stools. The studio is on the third floor of a four-floor apartment house which has two lifts (that you can't hear) and which is being looked after by a skillfull housekeeper and a top-gardener. Mostly well-to-do Spanish people live in the house and they don't like to show off. A supermarket is just around the corner as well as a good restaurant at reasonable prices.

The house and the garden of the studio are being looked after by a skilfull housekeeper and a top-gardener. Most of the studios belong to rich, but modest Spanish people. The studio is as well central (shopping wise) as near the sea; only a pine wood and a street are between. A golf course (built in 2002) is far enough not to get hit by golf balls and near enough to be reached quickly. El Portil (and Nuevo Portil, which is attached to El Portil) was mainly built after 1970; during the summer months it is frequented by 95% Spanish people ( - hardly ever Germans!), the rest of the time it is a very quiet spot! The shop owners as well as the restaurant staff are helpful and friendly. During the whole year you can take a sunbath on the beach, the climate being comparable to Canary Islands. You can take walks through nicely smelling pine woods or walk on the beach at night under the star- and moonlight for hours. At Punta U. (10 km) you can walk on a never-ending shell-mole.

You can choose three comfortable sofa beds. If you want to, you may as well sleep on the terrace under the clear blue sky (I do). The floor, being made of stone, is easy to clean: just water. You can hire a charwoman who will do the cleanings for you. Your bath has a window.
