The villa offers great privacy with a secluded garden, and is only 20 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. It is situated in the small exclusive Oasis Club and has a lovely common pool area (non heated pool). The house has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families with children, golfers and tennis players. There is a comfortable dining and seating area on the terrace with barbecue. Our house is in the second line, having a sea-view from the terrace. At the club you will find the renowned Toni Dalli 'Restaurante Italiano'. Toni is a Marbella personality, and entertains his diners with his wonderful tenor voice. The villa is 45 minutes from Malaga airport, three kilometres from Marbella, and one kilometre from Puerto Banus. It is 1.5 hours apart from the historic city of Granada.

The complex is located right on the beach between Marbella and Puerto Banus. People who have stayed at the Oasis Club have always noted its charm and old worldliness and have appreciated it for its peaceful surroundings. This villa is a short distance from many of the best golf courses in the south of Spain. You will enjoy breathtaking scenery from the new promenade, which is wonderful for walking or cycling. A short beach walk will take you into Puerto Banus.

Notes to the rental rates: Included in the price are towels and bed linens (weekly change), 1-2 hrs. house maid service per day (Monday to Friday). Not included is due to consumption: electricity per kw 0.15 Euro; final cleaning 55.00 Euro, Telephone charge overall € 5,-- per week, with flatrate for spanish calls, other countries and mobil calls will be charged upon use via Telefonica counter, Internet use with flatrate (upon request) overall 15,-- per week).
A payment of 50 % is due with the signature of the contract, the remainder before arrival. Payment fee - free for the landlord via transfer to a German bank account. The extras (see above) will be regulated upon departure with Sra. Etelvina.

1 bedroom with king-size bed (2 mattresses), 2 bedroom with each 2 single beds, all rooms in the house with air-conditioning and heating, terrace with sunblinds and sunshade, barbecue in the garden possible, charcoil can be bought in every supermarket.
Check-in and out by Signora Etelvina who is our house-keeper and she comes every day except Sundays for 1-2 hours to clean the house and to tidy up. Smoking in the house is not allowed.
Excursions
At the tip of the Iberian peninsula, few places in the world can boast such a wealth of natural beauty and history in so compact an area. Andalucia's manageable size makes it easy to take in something of each of its elements even on a short stay. Visit nearby Ronda with its dramatic gorge spanned by an 18th century bridge, the Alhambra in Granada, the last Muslim possession in Spain, Seville's Cathedral and Alcazar and the remarkable Mosque of Cordoba. Marvel at the spectacular landscapes, isolated, whitewashed villages and enjoy the extensive Mediterranean and African coastline. Even North Africa, within sight of the coast, can be visited in a day.
Golf Details
The concentration of quality courses, the unique sunny and warm winter climate, and the hospitality of the local people make the area absolutely ideal for golf enthusiasts. When Valderrama was chosen to host the Ryder Cup in 1997, the Costa del Sol received world-wide recognition as being the best 'Winter Golf Resort in Europe'. The final honor was the selection of Valderrama to host the 'World Championship' in November 1999.
Dear Katja, we've been home a week now and are still wishing we were back in Spain. We enjoyed your casa so much and had beautiful weather the whole time we were there.
