The house was newly built in 1999 and is furnished lovingly. It offers great views of Iznate (see photo of village) and the surrounding mountains. The newly built outdoor swimming bath of the village is close-by. The garden has a stone grill, deck chairs, and a large pool (9 x 4,5 m).
In the interior wood and nice Andalusian tiles are extensively used. There are a combined dining/living room with satellite TV and fire place (efficient channelling of the warm air into other rooms in the winter months), kitchen, separated by a bar counter from the living/dining room, with dish washer, coffee machine and microwave oven.
Ground floor and first floor each offer one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There also is a washing machine.
