The heating from the house is electric but there is also a fireplace and a heater, which uses wood. Satellite-TV, barbecue, swimming pool (4,5 x 4m), household machines, washing machine, equipped with linen, towels, etc.

The climate
The climate of the region is principally dominated by the nearness of the sea, what in the Valley of the river Guadalhorce conditions some smooth temperatures, not so much heat in summer, but neither with frozen in winter. The ideal climate, not only for the citric. It is a so-called 'termo-Mediterranean bioclimate'.

The country house is situated at about 5 minutes by foot from Alora, and 25 minutes by car from the coast, where you can find fascinating beaches and creeks along all the cost from Nerja to Gibraltar. The airport from Malaga is at 43 km.
Thanks to the climate from this region, at the Costa del Sol (also known as the Costa del Golf), there are the most interesting and challenging golf courses. Nearby Golf Guadalhorce and Lauro Golf.
