Moraira a pictoresque fishing village and has kept away from mass tourism to become a much sought destination for discerning Europeans for both permanent residence or vacation.. The villa is situated on a south facing cul-de-sac next to the village center with its great restaurants, yacht club, etc. and the beautiful beaches and romantic coves. A short drive away are the themes parks, countless beaches, mountains, animal parks, golf courses, etc.

The brand new furniture is of a very high standard. Each bedroom has its own built in wardrobe, aircon unit, built-in wardrobe, tilt and turn windows with built-in insect roller screens.
The modern kitchen is completely fitted with all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, etc. The lounge has a beautiful real-leather double couch plus a large dining table with seating for 8 people. The main floor has the master bedroom with its on-suite bathroom, plus two other bedrooms and one bath. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower floor. The swimming pool with its built-in roman steps and large surrounding private terrace is on the level of the main floor and so becomes part of the main living area with its fantastic porch and outside dining area. Two tables with parasols and 8 chairs for those sitting outside around the pool and comfortable loungers.
With the weather we enjoy here, great golfing is guaranteed. Already within a short driving distance is some great golfing: The La Sella 18 hole championship course has just very successfully hosted the 2008 European Ladies Golf Cup. The 18 hole Oliva Nova championship course. The 18 hole Real de Faula Golf Club. The 9 hole Ifach Golf Club. The 9 hole Javea Golf Club. The 9 hole Don Cayo Golf Club. Ski information
Super skiing is possible just four hours away in Granada. 84 kilometers of superbly kept slopes with 6 kilometer nonstop runs from 3200 down to 1200 meters. Incredible views right across to Africa and the Moroccan coast and Ajax mountains. To the North and some 6 hours of driving away are the Pyrenees with some of the best skiing resorts in the world.
